Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Conflict resolution, focusing on conversation aligned with scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
• Coach the team in the operational OKR construction using the Business area strategic and tactical OKRs.
• Control risk and work around the mitigation and contingency plan.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Servant leader to deliver the AMX full-stack solution (rating, catalog, billing, CRM) according to the Product backlog. Working on escalated scrum (Nexus) with 9 functional teams and the Nexus integration team (NIT), our squad was accountable for working around the technical debits.
